At Collaborative Health and Wellness, we believe in a patient-centered approach to mental health care. Making sure our clients are comfortable, within a judgement free environment. We take the time to listen to our patients and work collaboratively with them, and their care team, to develop a treatment plan that addresses their unique needs and goals.

Bernard is a loving and hypoallergenic Goldendoodle that is trained to provide emotional support, affection, and comfort to clients who benefit from this.
Meet Our Provider
Ashley is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, who works with adolescent and adults with a variety of mental health needs. Ashley believes in collaboration with therapists, and other healthcare providers, for well-rounded care of the individual client. Ashley believes that it is important to meet client's where they are to help them become who they want to be.
Our Services
We offer medication management for a wide variety of psychiatric illnesses with a specialty in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, OCD, and trauma. Services can be provided in the office, or via telehealth, from the comfort of your own home. Services are provided to those within Maryland.
